Enjoy Medieval Lace-Up Shoes, Mid-Height, With Laces In The Middle
Medieval lace-up shoes, medium height
Very robust reconstruction in the style of medieval shoes. These shoes were widespread in Europe from the late Middle Ages to the end of the Middle Ages.
The cut is ankle-length, and the lacing is at the instep. The shoes are made using a stitching process. This more modern method allows for a much more stable shoe structure, while the shoes look like reversible originals. The sole is provided with profiled studs, which gives the shoe good grip and makes the sole much more durable. The heel is reinforced on the inside with an additional layer of leather. The leather is a little stiff at first and needs to be broken in.
An ideal interim solution for those who find a reversible shoe too soft and unstable, but still value the most authentic representation possible.
