With the tactical wakizashi from Hanwei, which was specially designed for intensive outdoor use, the samurai weapon receives a comprehensive makeover. Paul Chen's raptor series wakizashi served as a model for the blade geometry and the extraordinary cutting performance of the tactical wakizashi. However, the model presented here has a full tang and is therefore extremely stable and up to any task.

The blade made of 5160 spring steel (high carbon) is plasma-coated to prevent corrosion, and the knurled groove on the Kraton handle ensures protection even in bad weather conditions for a safe stop. The fiberglass sword sheath is water-resistant and reduces weight, while several lanyard eyelets and the included paracord lanyard open up a variety of carrying options – for example in a backpack. You can complete your collection with the tactical katana (item number sh2462) and the matching tactical tanto (item number sh2483).
