Versatile summer tunic made from lightweight cotton fabric.

The round neckline has a slit at the centre front. The slit can be worn open or closed with a clasp, as you prefer. Slits in the side seams increase freedom of movement.

The simple cut is based on findings from the High and Early Middle Ages.

It can be worn as a top or bottom garment. Worn as an undergarment, it protects the outer garment from sweat, which is why this simple tunic is also called a body-shirt. We particularly recommend the tunic as an undergarment for woollen garments, so that the rough wool does not feel directly on the skin. In summer, the tunic is ideal as an airy outer garment.
