This calf-length tunic is made from a wool and polyester blend and has a cotton lining. It is slightly flared and features a slit in the middle.

The tunic (also called coat , surcoat , tappert or surcot ) emerged in the 12th century and began to be worn over armor by many crusaders.

What should, of course, be highlighted is the red cross, which shows the crusader fighting for the liberation of Jerusalem and the Christian faith.

For an authentic look, we recommend pairing the tunic with a belt.
