Curfew – The English word for curfew originally means “put out the fire!” and unfortunately this pretty much describes the situation of our beer kettles in 2020. Still image and art from our friends at the West Indies Compagnie helped us make the best of this: firewater!



The beer that waited in vain for its drinker during lockdown, distilled during curfews, stored for over a year in the bourbon barrel of the Texas craft whiskey distillery Garisson Brothers , matured into a unique distillate.



Craft beer brandy made from craft beer, aged in American bourbon barrels.



Limited to 320 bottles.
