Curfew : The English word for curfew originally means "put out the fire!" and sadly, this pretty much describes our beer kettle situation in 2020. Still imagery and art from our friends at West Indies Compagnie helped us make the most of this: firewater!

The beer that waited in vain for its drinker during lockdown, distilled during curfews, stored for over a year in the bourbon barrel of the Texas craft whiskey distillery Garisson Brothers , matured into a unique distillate.

Craft beer brandy made from craft beer, aged in American bourbon barrels.

Limited to 320 bottles.
