Get Medieval Tent Herwald, 6 M

Herwald gentleman's tent, 6 m

With a diameter of 3 m, this sturdy and authentic knight's tent offers enough space for approximately 3 people, including luggage and equipment. The surrounding mantilla makes it a real eye-catcher. The tent can be set up and taken down in no time with just a few hands. Thanks to the high side walls, you'll have plenty of standing room at any point in the tent. The large, removable rainfly ensures a shady spot in the sun and keeps your feet dry in the rain - with a sufficient entry height of approximately 2.10 m. The side wall is securely sewn to the roof but can also be delivered removable for a small additional charge. For military encampments, medieval markets, or LARP.

Durable, high-quality material. European production, suitable for long-term use.

Made in Germany

Our tents and tarps are pre-impregnated and therefore water-repellent. To maintain and renew the waterproofing, we recommend regular treatment with a waterproofing spray, such as Pluvonin. This way, you'll enjoy your tent for a long time.

Please note that the tent will be custom-made to your specifications. This may result in longer delivery times.

Important information about the assembly, operation and care of our historic tents

So that you can enjoy your Viking tent , Roman tent , Saxon tent , knight's tent , medieval tent , whether you have a medieval tent or market stall , for a long time, the following tips will be useful:

Setup is relatively easy, quick, and stress-free. The lengths of the poles can be individually adjusted. When setting up, keep in mind that the angle of the roof must be continuous with the cord to the stake, and the stake must be aligned with the corner or loop of your tent. Don't overtighten the guy lines , because natural materials like wood and cotton change with humidity and need room to expand or contract. This way, you can prevent the pole openings in the roof from widening and allowing water to penetrate. At night, we recommend loosening the guy lines slightly, as humidity increases significantly, and there's a chance of putting too much pressure on your tent. If it's raining or very humid, loosen the guy lines slightly.

When attaching the sidewall, it's advantageous to start with the side of the tent opening. If possible, the tent walls should not completely touch the ground (except for those with soil). This also protects against moisture and mold. After use, be sure to dry the tent if it has become damp; otherwise, there is a risk of mold growth. Never wrap wooden poles in plastic wrap or similar. Once dry, simply wipe them with a cotton cloth. Under no circumstances should you use chemicals or other cleaning products to clean your tent. It's best to remove dried dirt with a brush. If you plan to store it for a longer period, separate all elements (pegs, ropes, etc.) from the tent fabric. It's best to pack everything separately. Make sure all parts are dry and store them in a dry place.
