Herold men's tent, 3 x 3 m
With the simple medieval herold tent you get an inexpensive yet spacious and functional tent for military camps, medieval ;rkt or larp. It offers enough space for 3 people plus luggage and equipment and with a side height of approx. 1.80 m and a middle height of approx. 2.60 m, there is enough headroom even for taller people. The knight's tent is decorated all around with a blanket. At the bottom there is a wind and dirt trap. The medieval tent can be opened from the front and back thanks to the two split side walls. Without side walls, you can use the tent as a canopy. To keep the tent compact, we do not use a canopy.
The Herold Knight's tent is delivered complete, i.e. with poles and accessories.
Please note: the mantilla is round, like the red/blue version.

The measurements are all approximate and may differ from the delivered product. The tents are handmade, which makes them look as authentic as possible, but it also involves one or two small errors. Cotton is a natural material that behaves differently under different external conditions, i.e. it can contract or stretch very strongly. This means that the supplied iron bars may not immediately fit into the intended openings. The rods may need to be shortened slightly. Do not try to stretch the tent skin too tightly. This increases the risk of tearing or the seams coming open.
Important information about the assembly, handling and care of our historic tents
To ensure that you can enjoy your Viking tent , Roman tent , Saxon tent, knight's tent , medieval tent , merchant's tent or medieval market stall for a long time, the following tips are helpful:
Do not pull the ropes too tight , because natural materials such as wood and cotton change with humidity and need space to expand or contract. This way you prevent, for example, the openings for the poles in the roof from widening and water being able to penetrate later. In the evening, we recommend slightly loosening the ropes, as the humidity increases significantly and there is a chance that too much pressure will be put on your tent. If it rains or is very humid, loosen the ropes slightly. After use, make sure to dry the tent if it has become damp, otherwise there is a risk of mould formation. Under no circumstances should you use chemicals or other cleaning products to clean your tent. It is best to remove dried dirt with a brush. If you want to store it for a longer period of time, separate all elements (pegs, ropes, etc.) from the tent fabric and it is best to pack everything separately. Make sure that all parts are dry and stored in a dry place.
