The saucer bell, also called kettle bell or bascinet, developed in the early 14th century from the brain bell and was widespread until the 15th century.
The model is offered here in sizes M and L. Available. It has a chain base made of flat, 8 mm diameter rings in braided FRM, with alternating rows of riveted and stamped rings. The breastplate is positioned with the leather hem over the eyelets on the rim of the cymbal and secured with a leather cord. The helmet also has a firm, padded insert that can be adjusted to fit the wearer.
