Tactical tanto

A modern tactical samurai knife

The Hanweis Tactical Tanto is a new interpretation of the samurai combat knife (tanto) with a classic blade and a modern design. Paul Chen's Raptor series tanto served as a model for its blade geometry and outstanding cutting performance, but the model presented here has a full tang and is therefore extremely stable. The 5160 (high-carbon) spring steel blade is plasma-coated for improved corrosion protection, and the knurled Kraton handle ensures a secure grip even in adverse weather conditions.

The fiberglass sword sheath is water-resistant and reduces carrying weight, while various lanyard eyelets and the included paracord lanyard open up a variety of carrying options, for example, in a backpack. You can complete your collection with the matching tactical katana (item number SH2462) and tactical wakizashi (item number SH2432).
