Tactical tanto

A modern tactical samurai knife

The Hanweis Tactical Tanto is a new interpretation of the samurai combat knife (tanto) with a classic blade and modern design. Paul Chen’s raptor series tanto served as a model for its blade geometry and extraordinary cutting performance, but the model presented here has a full tang and is therefore extremely stable. The blade made of 5160 spring steel (high carbon) is plasma-coated for improved corrosion protection and the knurled Kraton handle ensures a secure grip even in adverse weather conditions.

The fibreglass sword sheath is water-repellent and reduces the carrying weight, while several lacing eyelets and the included paracord lanyard open up a variety of carrying options, for example in a backpack. You can complete your collection with the tactical katana (item number sh2462) and the matching tactical wakizashi (item number sh2432).
