We also offer the marto tanto to pair with the katana with a black saya (item no. MT-350). Like the katana, the tanto has a tsuba (thrusting blade) and the traditional handle wrap. Tantos are fighting knives with a blade length of up to 30 cm. They were worn on the belt and used in close combat.
