The Indian Talwar has been fascinated by cold steel® for decades. The team has set out to bring the highest quality production version of this historic sword to market.



Cold steels® talwar is the result of years of experimentation and research. It has a beautifully balanced, hand-forged 1090 carbon steel blade and a carefully decorated solid brass bowl, which offers enough room even for a strong hand and a glove.



The Cold Steel® Talwar is simply a serious sword! It comes with a gorgeous black leather covered wooden scabbard with brass trim.

1090 carbon steel

1090 carbon steel is an excellent choice for larger fixed blades. It sharpens easily and holds that edge, but remains tough enough to withstand the most brutal stress tests. In short: a good all-purpose carbon steel that remains very durable even with heavy use.
