Care instructions :
After use, clean the olive wood board with a soft sponge or wipe with a cloth, warm water and a little soap or mild detergent. Then dry it with a kitchen cloth. Never put it in the dishwasher! After drying, rub it occasionally with cooking oil. This prevents the wood from drying out. If possible, the wood should always be dried without additional heat.
