Steambow AR Series - Heavy Carbon Bodkin Arrows - 6 Piece Set.

The arrows have a high-quality aluminum nock and a hybrid carbon/aluminum shaft, i.e., an additional aluminum shaft inside the carbon shaft. This elaborate construction is responsible for the excellent flight characteristics and results in extremely robust arrows.

At almost 15 grams, these arrows are significantly heavier than most pistol crossbow arrows and have a particularly strong momentum when hitting the target. This makes it easier to penetrate hard targets such as sheet metal or glass.

Black-marked Bodkin arrows have a sharp point made of hardened tool steel and are heavier than our sporting arrows. Due to their greater weight and hard point, these arrows have enormous penetrating power. Although they are bladeless, these arrows cause significantly more serious wounds than sporting arrows. This, combined with their ability to penetrate targets particularly well, makes these arrows particularly dangerous. Therefore, special caution is required when handling pointed arrows, and better aiming equipment is required.

Caution: The sharp edges of the arrowhead literally cut into the target, meaning pointed arrows cause significantly more wear and tear. These arrows are therefore only recommended to a limited extent for regular training.
