Many depictions in ancient tombs and reliefs show archers of the Roman army, recruited mainly in the eastern provinces, equipped with conical spandrel helmets.

Our reproduction is made of steel with brass fasteners. The neck protection is made of suede with brass strips sewn on. The helmet has steel and brass cheek flaps.

Includes a high quality adjustable leather chin strap piece.
