The Red Dragon Neck Protector is designed to protect the larynx during combat. Worn under the mask, it features an impact-resistant hard plastic insert to protect the neck and a layer of impact-resistant rigid foam to protect the clavicle. It is made of stitched nylon and secures to the neck with an elastic Velcro closure.
