This helmet cap holder is suitable, for example, for the following three Roman helmets:

The helmet cap is fastened straight (from back to front), as was usual for optios (sergeants).

- The square piece below, which sits on the tab riveted to the helmet, measures approximately 5-6mm square.

Since almost all helmets are different, new work should be planned (if necessary, filing, bending).
