The Solingen rapier from Hanwei (item no. SH2205) with its classic lines is an excellent reproduction of the 17th-century German rapiers with locking hilts. The same applies to this matching companion dagger, the Solingen Main Gauche, a true-to-style parry weapon also manufactured in the Paulchen forges.

The blade of this dagger is forged from carbon steel and comes with a leather sheath. The handle is made of stainless steel (and therefore easy to maintain), and the beautiful crossguard, which curves toward the blade, provides the necessary protection and can be gripped for some grappling techniques to improve grip.
