The Cold Steels® Shanghai Shadow® Ring with Pommel makes this large and very popular knife incredibly versatile to use. When the index finger is inserted through the ring, the knife is absolutely secure in the hand. A twist of the index finger is enough to achieve a quick change of grip. And if you only hold the knife by the ring, it also extends your arm reach by up to 10 cm.



But as attractive and practical as the ring is, it is ultimately the broad, leaf-shaped blade and the scales on the polypropylene handle that make an impression. The Shanghai® Shadow Sword was forged from a full piece of 1055 carbon steel and tempered to spring hardness, and both cutting edges were hollow.



The knife comes fully sharpened and comes with a durable military style secure-ex® sheath.
