In response to popular demand, the time has come to launch a larger schnitzel for adults.

Schnitzel Germany has once again gone to great lengths to present the Schnitzel Tri, a well-rounded all-rounder for all kinds of outdoor activities, such as camping, bushcrafting, hiking, and more. The Tri complements the children's and youth models Unu and Du, so that from now on the whole family, from young to old, will be well-equipped with a good tool for shared outdoor activities.

The versatile tri-fold knife is available in three versions: an olive green version, which is equipped with a black blade and has a tactical look; a bright orange version, which is equipped with a stonewashed blade and is therefore a real eye-catcher; and a version with natural G-10/jade handles, which, combined with a black blade, is a real eye-catcher.

The Tri, with its blade length of approximately 10.4 cm, is a compact outdoor knife, yet it's a good size to confidently handle any task at hand. The drop-point blade with a raised, flat grind and a blade thickness of 0.5 mm directly behind the cutting bevel ensures good cutting properties and is robust at the same time. The popular Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel (58-60 HRC) used here is ideal for the Tri's purposes, and the 4 mm blade thickness allows the knife to perform its routine tasks. The back of the blade tapers toward the tip, but doesn't make it look delicate. In addition, the back is angular enough to light a fire with a fire steel. To ensure your thumb has a secure grip even when working in wet conditions or while wearing gloves, the back of the blade has an effective taper up to the front of the handle.

The Tri's handle is made of sturdy, non-slip G-10. Its ergonomic design ensures a secure hold in various grip positions. Additional safety in the various uses is provided by the finger guard against the index finger slipping on the blade and the paracord safety strap attached through the eyelet. The knife's handle scales are secured with so-called chain screws and can be easily opened with an M6 Allen key or a key to clean the Tri if necessary.

The ultra-tough, weather-resistant Kydex sheath leaves nothing to be desired. It's equipped with a lanyard attachment, allowing it to be worn freely on a belt. A pronounced, ergonomic thumb recess/thumb ramp at the top makes it easy to draw the knife from its sheath in any situation.
