Enjoy Schnitzel Protekto, Cut Protection Gloves for Kids
Schnitzel protekto, cut protection gloves for children
We were often asked if we wanted to buy our children's schnitzel knives (unu and < a href =https://www.battlemerchant.com/schnitzel-du-schnitzmesser-fuer-kinder-ab-10-jahre-rot>du) also cannot supply the appropriate cut protection gloves. This presented us with a very special challenge. Of course, these children's cut protection gloves must not only fit us and our carving knives well, but above all, they must meet the highest standards of protection and safety for our little outdoor heroes. We also set ourselves the goal of ensuring that these gloves would also serve excellently as work gloves and outdoors. It was particularly important to us that the inner surface of the children's gloves had such a grip that, for proper use, it didn't matter whether they were wet or dry.
After more than two years of work and development, we are very pleased to present the protekto children's cut protection schnitzel gloves, which combine all of the aforementioned properties.
Our carving gloves for boys and girls get their protective properties from the high-quality materials they are made from.
- The primary backing material of the children's work glove is made of a 13-gauge HPPE liner reinforced with fiberglass, giving it cut resistance.
- The non-slip green latex coating on the palms of the gloves ensures optimal grip and prevents possible injuries.
- The elastic cuff ensures a comfortable, non-slip grip on the wrist.
- The glove was developed for an optimal fit on children's hands, so it fits perfectly without impairing the user's mobility.

Note:
To determine the correct size, measure the circumference of your hand at its widest point (excluding the thumb).
The hand should be slightly open and the tape measure should be wrapped loosely around the hand.
If you don't have a tape measure handy, you can also use a string or a ruler.
Clear rules when carving with children:
Since a knife is a sharp object, clear rules should be established from the beginning. Although our products are perfectly designed for small hands, certain safety precautions should still be observed:
1.) Always carve sitting down, because the rule is: whoever carves, sits down!
2.) Correct posture when carving: For a secure hold, your feet should be firmly planted on the floor when sitting with your legs apart. Your upper body should be slightly leaning forward, and your arms should rest on your thighs.
3.) When carving, you should always maintain a safe distance of two arms' length (approximately one meter) from other people.
4.) Carving with a sharp blade minimizes the risk of injury because less pressure must be applied.
5.) The carving motion should always be away from the body.
6.) After carving, the blade is safely stored in the sheath.
7.) The bark of living trees is taboo.
In principle, carving should always be supervised by an adult. Furthermore, the role model role of parents also applies here: those who don't follow the rules conscientiously run the risk of their child disregarding safety precautions.
