Samura Nakiri Shadow Gift, 170 Mm
Samura blacksmith nakiri 6.6/168 mm
For peeling, cutting and chopping vegetables, nakiri are often used. They have a thin blade back and, at best, a minimally sloping edge. They are very thin and therefore particularly easy to cut. Although the nakiri is a wabocho, it has a double-sided bevel.
The knife's center of gravity is shifted forward so you have to use less force when cutting. Full-tang knife for professionals with a long, thin blade. Made of special Japanese molybdenum-vanadium steel aus8, resistant to corrosion. The ergonomic handle made of abs allows for fully controlled cutting.
Nakiri knives are mainly used in Asian cuisine to prepare vegetables and fruits thanks to their sharpness on both sides.
