Medieval knee pads, pair, 2 mm steel, 15th century



Portable reconstruction of a plate armour for the knees as it was worn in the 15th century. Each knee pad made of 2 mm thick steel is lined on the back with a riveted layer of soft black suede and is fitted with an adjustable leather strap with a brass buckle for individual size adjustment.



These combat ready knee humps are equally suited to medieval reenactment, larp, ​​stage and costume. They are best suited to late medieval settings and are ideal for completing a European knight's armour.



Knee pads are sold in pairs.

The steel used here is not stainless and may show slight signs of corrosion. We recommend taking care of plate armour regularly, for example with Ballistol, a universal oil ideal for preserving steel products.
