Red Dragon knee guards offer excellent protection against knee strikes. The knee is protected by a rigid plastic plate to dissipate the force of impact, while the generous layer of foam padding underneath absorbs the force. The sides of the knees are additionally protected by integrated plastic panels with foam padding. The guards are secured with elastic Velcro to the back of the knee and, if possible, can be connected to fencing pants. They are best used in conjunction with our Red Dragon shin guards.
