Replica of the mare's leg , a Winchester Model 1892 lever-action rifle used by Josh Randall, Steve McQueen's character in the TV series Josh/The Bounty Hunter (original title: Wanted: Dead or Alive, 1958–1961), and therefore also known as the Winchester Randall or Randall Special . The term mare's leg has now become a general term for Winchester carbines with a shortened barrel and stock. This compact, modified version was popular with bounty hunters in the Wild West because it could be carried concealed in a leg holster and used one-handed.

Our reproduction of this iconic Western weapon features a resin (wood-look) stock and brass fittings that contrast beautifully with the blackened barrel. It can be cocked and struck and is equipped with a functional repeating lever.
