Hanwei's practical shinobi ninja-to is a useful piece for anyone studying the way of the ninja.

The blade is made of high-carbon steel, hand-forged and traditionally tempered in a clay case. Each piece of hardware is made of blackened iron and has a weathered appearance.

The decorated tsuba displays the kuji-kiri (hand movements for channeling energy) used by the mystical ninja. The tsuka has a wrap made of black synthetic ray skin ( same ), and the tsuka-ito is made of durable black synthetic leather. The saya features a smooth, black surface with demon heads, which act as mounts for the sageo, as well as an intricate kojiri .
