Leather horn holder for drinking horn with dragon embossed, jelly style, black




This beautifully crafted horn holder is made of thick, vegetable-tanned buffalo leather (grain leather). The surface and edges are polished and given a light-coloured finish, giving the leather its characteristic used look. The circumference of the holder can be individually adjusted to the horn by means of lacing on the back.


The raised jelling dragon motif originates from the 10th century silver cup of the Danish king Gorm.
