Cold Steel Standard Police Batons, approximately 26 inches (66 cm) long, are made of impact-resistant polypropylene using injection-molding technology and have a durable rubber stopper for added comfort. They are designed to deliver maximum performance under all conditions. Unlike traditional wooden models, they will not crack, warp, or rot!

Cold Steel's first fans were military and law enforcement personnel, and many of the products Cold Steel has brought to market over the past three and a half decades reflect the respect and admiration Cold Steel has for these guardians of the world who put themselves in harm's way every day. Over the years, Cold Steel has often been asked to produce a series of impact weapons for law enforcement. With these police batons, this wish is now granted.

At this point, special thanks go to Guro Ron Balicki, an internationally recognized martial artist who trains the French anti-terrorist unit Raid in the use of batons and combat batons. During the design process, his knowledge of the baton's tactics and potential uses in special units was invaluable.
