Pompeii collapsed in the devastating eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. What was then one of the greatest traditions is a treasure for archaeologists today. The volcanic ash covered and preserved countless Roman tools and weapons, which were discovered after almost two thousand years of excavations and which now help us to get a good idea of ​​life at that time.
