This dish, which can be used in a variety of ways, was hand-turned on a potter's wheel, as in the past. It is modeled after historical patterns with the help of archaeological institutes, monument offices, and museums. It is made of ochre clay, which is extremely stable when fired at 1,200°C.
For hygienic reasons, the dinner plate is glazed. The glaze is not only food-safe but also free of lead compounds and toxic substitutes. The plate is dishwasher-safe.
