Treat yourself to a German flintlock pistol, 17th century, brass, replica
German flintlock pistol, blunderbuss, 17th century, brass, replica
Decorative gun with mobile mechanism
– Not fireable –
Replica of a 17th-century German short flintlock pistol, also known as the espingole pistol or trombone (also known as the dragoon in the English-speaking world). A characteristic feature of this flintlock pistol was its funnel-shaped muzzle, which made it easier to load shot into the barrel. Due to its maneuverability, this firearm was very popular not only among cavalry but also among naval forces and pirates.
The stock of this elegant muzzle-loading replica is made of synthetic resin (wood imitation) with brass inlays. Except for the artfully crafted lock, all metal components (barrel, ramrod, and trigger guard) have a brass look with an antique finish.
Our firearm replicas are for recreation and decoration purposes only. The gun's mechanics are fully movable, but this reproduction is not functional. The ramrod is permanently attached.
A beautiful addition to any collection and an essential accessory for the reenactor of this period.
