Treat yourself to a German flintlock pistol, 17th century, brass, replica
German flintlock pistol, blunderbuss, 17th century, brass, replica
Decorative gun with moving mechanism
– Not fireable –
Replica of a 17th century German short blunderbuss pistol, also known as a espingole pistol or trombon (also known as a dragoon in the English-speaking world). A characteristic feature of this flintlock pistol was its funnel-shaped muzzle, which facilitated the loading of shot into the barrel. Due to its maneuverability, this firearm was very popular not only among cavalry, but also among naval forces and pirates.
The stock of this elegant muzzle-loading replica is made of synthetic resin (imitation wood) with brass inlays. With the exception of the artistically crafted lock, all metal elements (barrel, ramrod and trigger guard) have a brass look with an antique finish.
Our firearm replicas are for recreation and decoration purposes only. The gun's mechanics are fully movable, but this reproduction is not functional. The ramrod is permanently installed.
A beautiful addition to any collection and an essential accessory for the reenactor of this period.
