Replica of an 18th century French pistol dagger. As the name suggests, this is a dagger with a flintlock pistol mounted in the middle. This combination of dagger or knife and pocket pistol was already a curiosity back then and was made based on customer requests. In the age of sailing ships, daggers and knives were used by both naval forces and pirates. Their dual function as a firearm and a bladed weapon made them particularly valuable in hand-to-hand combat.



The handle of this beautiful replica dagger/muzzleloader with an internal flintlock mechanism is made of ivory-look synthetic resin. Except for the blade, hammer and trigger, all metal elements (pommel, guard with ferrule and barrel) have an antique-finished brass look. The dull blade has dark details that imitate signs of wear.



Our firearm replicas are for recreation and decoration purposes only. The mechanics of the gun are fully movable, but this reproduction is not functional.
