As we know from our home, the Vikings also had to dress sufficiently to avoid falling victim to the cold. But what methods were available back then? Lambskin, which is increasingly found on the ground today, was a very popular tool in the Middle Ages. This shoulder skin was easy to secure with a leather cord or chain. This lambskin was a miracle of warmth, especially in winter. But even when the days grew longer and the sun came out more often, skins could still be used, for example to make a chair or stool more comfortable.

This skin is perfect for the wild warrior or for getting closer to the brave Viking. Whether at a Viking feast or a medieval market, with this shoulder skin, no cold will stand in your way. Every feast can be enjoyed to the fullest, and every chair becomes more comfortable.

Since our skin is, as it was in the past, natural products, slight variations in hair color, length, or thickness are completely normal. They are untreated and therefore contain no chemicals. Thanks to the tailored shape at the shoulders and neck, no creases form and no hair sticks out. Nothing stands in the way of the next big event!

Our shoulder hides are naturally white or ivory. There are no snow-white sheep or lambs in nature. Therefore, we do not offer hides of this color because they are bleached with intensive use of chemicals.
