This beautiful seven-buttoned Gothic brooch made of brass is based on an original Germanic find dating back to the 3rd and 4th centuries. Brooches were widespread in the eastern German region in late antiquity and were an integral part of women's clothing.



The brooch can be attached to the garment by means of a pin on the back.
