The handle of these blades is a model of efficiency and economy. The Kray-Ex™ handle, crossguard, and finger ( sub-hilt ) are injection-molded in a single piece. While this material is inexpensive, it still provides the durability, safety, and control you'd expect from a Subhilt knife. Plus, the handle remains weather- and moisture-resistant.

The double-edged Oss , prized by hunters, survivalists, martial artists, and members of the military, is nearly unbeatable as a thrusting sword. Thanks to its razor-sharp cutting edges, it's also more than suitable as a slashing tool and can slice and dice from almost any direction.

Aus 8a stainless steel

Cold Steel® has used the same expertly hardened AUS 8A Japanese steel for nearly three decades. This steel has been thoroughly tested and proven over the years to be ideal for making work knife blades: it's hard and corrosion-resistant, with good edge retention, and is also easy to sharpen.
