The raised edge of the lid allows you to place hot coals or charcoal in the brazier. The brazier is heated from all sides and is also suitable for baking bread, for example.

The Dutch oven features sophisticated details that make it easy to use and increase cooking pleasure. A sturdy handle allows you to lift the brazier safely, three feet give the brazier a secure base, and a thermometer port allows you to check the temperature without having to lift the lid. If you want to lift the hot lid, this is especially easy with the Petromax lid lifter. Another highlight is that the lid can also be used as an upside-down saucepan.
