The raised edge of the lid allows you to place embers or charcoal in the brazier. The brazier heats up from all sides and is also suitable for baking bread, for example.

The Dutch oven has sophisticated details that make it easy to use and increase the pleasure of cooking. A sturdy handle allows the brazier to be lifted safely, three feet give the brazier a secure base and a thermometer port allows the temperature to be checked without having to lift the lid. If you want to lift the hot lid, this is especially easy with the Petromax Lid Lifter. Another highlight is that the lid can also be used as an upside-down saucepan.
