Thanks to the excellent properties of cast iron and the special surface structure, heat is stored and transferred efficiently. The pre-treated surface (seasoned finish) makes initial baking unnecessary and the robust brazier can be used immediately. Outdoors, it is used over an open fire or with charcoal. The raised edge of the lid allows embers or charcoal to be placed on the brazier. The brazier heats up from all sides and is also suitable, for example, for baking bread.

The brazier has sophisticated details that make it easy to handle and increase the pleasure of cooking. A sturdy handle allows the brazier to be lifted safely, three feet give the brazier a secure base and a thermometer port allows the temperature to be checked without having to lift the lid.
