To refine our nutty speciality, we selected a very special cask, which was first filled with the finest Italian Amarone red wine and then used to finish a Craigellachie single malt whisky.
An imperial stout from the Wacken brewery was then stored until we use this barrel and mature our nut schnapps in it. left.
The still slightly present nutty aromas of the red wine harmonise perfectly with the subtle vanilla and honey notes of the Speyside whisky. The coffee and chocolate character of this dark, strong beer also resonates in the interplay of aromas and underlines the gentle nutty flavour of the walnut.

We let our walnut schnapps mature for over two years in a unique red wine barrel that had been pre-filled three times until its full, complex and unique aroma developed.
Consciously enjoy this barrel-aged specialty. Delight your senses in special moments away from the hustle and bustle.

This specialty of barrel-aged spirits is strictly limited to 613 bottles.
