The Rao C Extrema Ratio is a compact folding knife that is a descendant of the iconic Rao II thanks to its construction. Despite its smaller size, the Rao C guarantees the same robustness and reliability as its older brother, while also offering improved portability and handling.

The handle consists of two finely crafted anodized aluminum scales, which Extreme Ratio gives a hard oxidation treatment that makes the handle more resistant to wear and corrosion. Two steel frames increase the handle's strength so it can withstand even the most demanding uses.

The opening mechanism is especially robust, as it is supported by a safety system that transforms the knife into a true fixed blade. The primary blade safety can be activated by raising and lowering the safety pin. A practical and quick secondary safety system has been added to provide the user with maximum safety while ensuring proper use. The safety can be activated simply by moving the locking pin horizontally.

The reversible clip allows for concealed pocket carry and makes the knife invisible from the outside. The blade is made of Böhler N690 steel, hardened to 58 HRC, with the classic MIL-C-13924 Extrema Ratio black coating. To reduce the weight of the steel frame, a shape resembling the RAO C profile was laser-engraved, which was then used to make a carrying case that accompanies the knife.
