The Penguin Plus Folder offers a handy chopping and slicing blade that really gives you value for your money. When QSP released the original Penguin model, many knife owners loved it, but others wanted a larger blade; now QSP has finally fulfilled that wish in a big way. The Penguin Plus takes all the things we love about the Penguin and scales them up. The satin-finished CPM-20CV blade has a sheepsfoot design that is great for chopping and mincing due to its large straight edge. The blade is operated via a thumb button or the new flipper tab and is exceptionally smooth to use thanks to the ceramic ball bearings at the pivot points. The handles on this upgraded version are made from blackened titanium, which is easy on the eyes yet comfortable to hold. The knife comes with a deep-wire reversible pocket clip and fits neatly in a pocket.
