Kizer knives escort pocket knife, micarta, stonewashed
This Escort is a cool pocket knife from Kizer, designed by Dirk Pinkerton. What immediately catches your eye is the locking mechanism. In fact, the Escort features what Kizer calls a clutch lock. This is their version of the Axislock. A very nice mechanism that we know mainly from Benchmade. The blade is easily opened using the thumb rests.
Kizer has chosen a 154 cm steel blade for this version. This is a good type of stainless steel that stays sharp for a long time and is easy to sharpen yourself.
The handle of the Kizer Escort is made of micarta, a sturdy, lightweight and very durable material. With the deep pocket clip you can carry the knife in your pocket.
