The Zing SS is Kershaw's latest and greatest Zing model: a new edition of the popular RJ Martin-designed first-generation Zing pocket knife.

What's the difference here? First, the Zing SS is an all-stainless steel construction from tip to pommel. Simply fine, plain steel, glass-bead-peened from start to finish. The blade, made of high-quality 8Cr13MoV stainless steel, has been heat-treated according to Kershaw's exacting criteria to bring out the best in steel: durability, hardness, high resharpenability, and edge retention. The modified drop-point blade delivers first-class cutting performance and is perfect for all types of everyday work.

To give your Zing even more of a boost, Kershaw has equipped it with the SpeedSafe opening mechanism. Simply press the flipper, which can be operated with either hand, and the blade can be extended from the handle. The SpeedSafe system can be activated just as easily by pressing the joystick. Either way, your Zing will be ready to use quickly and effortlessly.

The Zing SS has a frame lock. This means it's slimmer than its liner lock-equipped predecessors and fits even more comfortably in your pocket. The holes in the handle are positioned to attach the pocket clip for tip-up and tip-down carry styles. And, of course, there's also a handy lanyard hole.

The Zing SS is an EDC knife with a simple, stylish look and excellent value for money.
