Designed by RJ Martin, the Volt II features the same versatile blade and handle shape as the original Volt. However, the blade here is crafted from durable 8Cr13Mov stainless steel, and the structured handle scales are made from black, fiberglass-reinforced nylon. This new version transforms the original Volt, which was conceived as a gorgeous collector's item, into a robust work knife. And to ensure the blade is ready to use when needed, the Volt II can be opened with one hand thanks to Kershaw's SpeedSafe® opening mechanism: simply press the flipper and the knife opens with ease.

You'll learn to appreciate the versatility of the Volt II's drop-point blade, which only tapers slightly toward the tip. This classic shape is ideal for all general everyday tasks. In addition, the finger recesses, the diamond-patterned, fiberglass-reinforced nylon handle scales, and the thumb ramp with pronounced jimpings (notches or grooves) ensure a secure grip and a comfortable, solid feel.

The Volt II's reversible pocket clip is designed for tip-up and tip-down carry.
