As one of the newer Scallion knives, this model features a navy blue handle, a color also used by Kershaw. Known as blue jacket (German for " blue work jacket "). If you're looking for a folding knife that shows off some color but isn't too flashy, this model might be the one for you.

Aside from its medium blue handle scales, this Scallion pocket knife has the same features as all models in the Scallion family. With its compact blade of approximately 6cm in length, this knife is the ideal size to be carried comfortably in your pocket. Its smaller blade may look unimpressive, but it can actually perform almost any task. And with a total weight of just over 70g, it won’t even weigh you down in your pocket.

The blade is made from 420HC stainless steel with a high carbon content and therefore has good edge retention and excellent corrosion resistance. It has a glass bead blasted finish which gives it a matte look and is also easy to clean. The handle of the Navy Scallion knife is made from steel plates and anodized aluminum scales. Anodizing not only makes the aluminum dyeable, creating a colorful and scratch-resistant surface, but it also has a strengthening effect on the metal.

Like the other folding knives in the Scallion collection, this model is equipped with the two-handed SpeedSafe opening mechanism. Simply press the protruding flipper or push the joystick forward and the blade will extend from the handle and be ready to use in no time.

For optimum safety, the navy-handled scallion is double-locking: a liner lock ensures the blade is securely locked when open, so it cannot be accidentally closed during use. And when the scallion is closed, a tip-lock slider holds the blade firmly in position and makes it impossible to accidentally open it during transport.
