Give yourself Kershaw Launch 11 pocket knife
Kershaw Launch 11 Pocket Knife
The Launch 11 is light, handy and ultra-fast and should definitely be at the top of your wish list.
Like the other pocket knives in the Launch series, the Launch 11 features a blade made from high-performance CPM 154 steel and a strong, lightweight anodized aluminum handle. But on this model, Kershaw has opted for a straight profile and outfitted it with extra details such as a decorative gunmetal-anodized ring around the blade shaft, a nice handle recess, and an integrated rear spacer. A slim, reversible pocket clip makes this lightweight folder the perfect EDC knife, and the low-profile push button release reduces the risk of accidental release.
CPM 154 powder metallurgical blade steel offers excellent sharpness and edge retention and is also characterized by good corrosion resistance, wear resistance and durability.

The legal situation regarding switchblades in terms of acquisition, possession, handling, manipulation and transport is very inconsistent internationally. There are numerous different regulations depending on the respective state law.
Appendix 2 of the German Weapons Act (Waffg) lists prohibited weapons and items. According to § 2, paragraph 3, so-called switchblades are prohibited. The exception is switchblades whose blade protrudes from the side of the handle, is not sharpened on both sides and does not exceed 8.5 cm in length . Switchblades that meet all these conditions (and are therefore not subject to a ban) are, however, still weapons within the meaning of the German Weapons Act. Therefore, a minimum age of 18 is required for the acquisition, possession and handling of such knives.
The legal situation in Germany regarding driving in public is available in § 42a Waffg and we strongly recommend that everyone obtains information from the legal weapons office of the police authority in their responsible district.
