The popular Cryo II is now available in Kershaw's beautiful blackwash finish, giving the knife a unique worn look, like your favorite distressed jeans. But that's not all: blackwash offers additional protection for the metal and helps hide potential signs of wear, such as scratches.

The Cryo II is the result of a collaboration between Rick Hinderer and Kershaw designers and engineers. The original Cryo (item no. 1555TI) made it to the Best Buy list at the Blade Show , one of the world's largest knife trade shows. It also made the US trade show Blade Magazine 's World list, and was also recommended by lifestyle magazine Men's Journal .

Like all other folding knives in the <. i>cryo collection, the Cryo II with Blackwash features a SpeedSafe opening mechanism and can therefore be opened quickly and effortlessly with one hand, using the integrated flipper or the joystick.

The blade steel has been heat-treated to exacting Kershaw standards. The handle scales are made of stainless steel. A stable frame lock ensures the blade is securely locked during use, and a special end stop developed by Rick Hinderer prevents the liner from stretching too far when opened.

For maximum flexibility and discretion when carrying, the Cryo II Blackwash is equipped with a convertible Deep Carry pocket clip that allows for four different carrying positions.
