In addition to the drop-point blade, which can cut extremely well thanks to its slightly indented recurve edge, the black Clash also has a partially serrated edge and can therefore cut through fibrous materials like rope or fabric in no time.
The 8Cr13Mov steel used for the blade is characterized by its hardness, wear resistance, and high edge retention. This steel has been heat-treated using precision machining to optimally highlight the material's specific advantages. The blueing provides additional corrosion resistance and gives the blade a superb, glare-free appearance. The handle scales, made of structured, fiberglass-reinforced nylon, ensure a firm grip, and the handle's contours fit perfectly in the palm of your hand.

With Kershaw's SpeedSafe opening mechanism, the Clash Black can be opened effortlessly and vigorously. Simply press the flap and the SpeedSafe system will do the rest, ensuring the blade locks into position with extreme smoothness. During use, a sturdy liner lock ensures the blade is firmly locked in place.
