Kershaw Chive Pocket Knife with Pink Handle

With its blade just under 5cm long, the Pink Chive is a small folding knife that is the ideal size to carry in your pants pocket, backpack, purse or briefcase. And just because it’s small doesn’t mean it lacks power. On the contrary, the Chive can perform almost any task you throw at it, from opening packages to cutting duct tape or sticky tape.

The high-carbon stainless steel blade has good edge retention and excellent corrosion resistance and has an easy-care glass bead-blasted surface. The handle of this Chive model consists of steel plates and handle scales made of pink anodized aluminum. Anodizing allows the aluminum to be coated in all imaginable colors, provides better protection against scratches and also has a reinforcing effect on the metal. This means that the handle is stable, light and colorful at the same time.

And to ensure that this handy little blade is ready for use whenever needed, the Pink Chive is equipped with the SpeedSafe opening mechanism. Simply press the protruding flap which can be operated with either hand or push your thumb forward and the blade can be extended from the handle and is ready to use in no time.

The Chive has a double lock for optimal safety: a liner lock ensures to securely lock the blade when open so that it does not accidentally close during use, and when the Chive is closed, it stays in place The tip-lock slider keeps the blade firmly in position and makes it impossible to accidentally open it during transport.
