With its blade measuring just under 5 cm long, the Pink Chive is a small folding knife, the perfect size to carry in your pants pocket, backpack, purse, or briefcase. And just because it's small doesn't mean it lacks power. On the contrary, the Chive can handle almost any task you throw at it, from opening packages to cutting tape or duct tape.

The high-carbon stainless steel blade has good edge retention and excellent corrosion resistance, and has an easy-care glass bead-peened surface. The handle of this Chive model consists of steel plates and handle scales made of pink anodized aluminum. Anodizing allows the aluminum to be coated in every imaginable color, provides better scratch protection, and also has a reinforcing effect on the metal. This means the handle is stable, lightweight, and colorful at the same time.

And to ensure this handy little knife is ready to use whenever needed, the Pink Chive is equipped with the SpeedSafe opening mechanism. Simply press the protruding flap, which can be operated with either hand, or push your thumb forward, and the blade can be extended from the handle and is ready to use in no time.

The chive cutter has a double lock for optimal safety: a liner lock ensures the blade is securely locked when open so it won't accidentally close during use, and when the chive cutter is closed, it stays in place. The tip-lock slider keeps the blade firmly in position and makes it impossible to accidentally open it during transport.
