Dive deeper into the world of Kershaw Blur and discover the S30V Blur. The main feature of this model is its blade made of powder-coated S30V stainless steel. Because powdered steel has a higher density and finer grain, it can be sharpened extremely finely and has a longer edge retention. This steel is characterized by its high toughness, wear resistance and hardness.

Like all other folding knives in the blur collection, the s30v blur is equipped with a generously sized blade that is perfect for a wide range of cutting jobs thanks to its slight recurve grind. and this shape gives it not only great cutting capacity but also excellent piercing properties. the stonewashed finish gives the blade surface a rough, non-reflective appearance.

This premium blade is paired with anodized 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum handle scales that have been milled for anti-glare protection. Sliding inserts attach Trac-Tec grip tape. This ensures a secure hold in virtually all weather conditions. Anodizing not only allows the aluminum to be coated in any color imaginable, allowing Kershaw to produce colorful handles, but it also has a reinforcing effect on the metal. For a nice, simple look, both the handle scales and Trac-Tec inserts are a simple black color.

The S30V Blur is equipped with the SpeedSafe® opening mechanism and can therefore be easily opened with one hand. By briefly pushing the joystick forward, the spring resistance of the torsion bar in the SpeedSafe mechanism is overcome. The SpeedSafe takes care of the rest and the blade can be quickly and easily extended from the handle. The reversible pocket clip is designed for tip-up and tip-down carry, and a hole in the handle allows for the attachment of a lanyard.
