2019 Model

The Ultimate Hunter is the result of a collaboration between knifemaker Andrew Demko and Lynn C. Thompson and is the culmination of nearly three years of design development. It has been extensively tested in practical use on four continents and has proven its worth time and time again!

This knife is made from American CPM S35VN steel. It has been hand-polished to a razor-sharp finish, and its edge is incredibly durable. The CNC-milled, glass-bead-peened G-10 handle has a pleasantly supple surface while still providing a very secure grip.


With its extra-strong Tri-Ad® locking mechanism for added security, the Ultimate Hunter is the ultimate hunting and outdoor knife, and also an excellent EDC knife for everyday use: practical, functional, and incredibly powerful!

2019 model - the ultimate hunter in blaze orange with a blade made of s35vn steel replaces the previous model made of cts® xhp (item no. cst-30ulhry).

CPM S35VN steel

This is an extraordinary American super steel. CPM S35VN is not only extremely tough and durable, but it can also be sharpened very well to razor sharpness and maintains this edge for a long time. With its uniform microstructure, this very fine-grained powder steel offers good and consistent properties: durable, reliable, highly corrosion-resistant, tough, and hard even with finely ground cutting edges. A good, versatile steel for premium knives and tools.
